By building the headquarters in Florence, New Jersey, the USA in July 2012, and the company received $40 million as a part of GrowNJ program. By June 2013 the company filed for initializing the public offering. They sold many shares in just period of 12 months. By October 2013 the company functioned 567 stores in 45 states. They also sell in Puerto Rico.
